If a membership for the following golf season is paid by October 31st, there will be no break in membership during the off season. Course has the right to close the Facility at any time for private functions such as outings, tournaments, inclement weather or any other reason. Course has the right to limit play at any time. Courses are not liable for any damages whatsoever sustained on the property grounds, or for the loss of personal property. Members assume all risks while on the property. Members may be required to present membership cards upon request.
